2012 Events

October 2012

ASCTraining will be teaching a Heavy Equipment Spotter course for clients at the St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant, This will include Equipment safety, Signaling to operators and rules of the trade. This is a mandatory course for spotters who are contacted with the Power plant. The class is two hours long and the students receive a certificate and card.

Aerial Lift Training    “St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant”

5 Students became Qualified Ground Spotters and 3 students became Certified Genie Lift Operators.

 15 Students becamed Qualified Heavy Equipment Spotters

 

4/28/2012 Extended Safety Training for RBC # 8

44 Students took an Construction Safety update course  5 hour of training which included  “House Keeping/Scaffolding/Ladder safety/ PPE and Hand Tools”

 

3/29 – 3/30/2012  OSHA 10 Hour General Industry

11 employees of Techno Wise Group Boca Raton FL took the OSHA 10 hour class in General Industry

3/22 -3/23/2012  OSHA 10 Hour General Industry

12 employees of Techno Wise Group Boca Raton FL took the OSHA 10 hour class in General Industry

New Classes 

In Jan 2012 ASCTraining introduced a new training series of Qualified Heavy Equipment Spotter Training. This is a two hour presentation of teaching students general heavy equipment hand signals, along with skills for spotting hazards while moving heavy equipment around construction sites. Upon completion students receive a certificate and card stating that they attended this training course and are qualified to spot for heavy equipment.  For more information please contact Larry@asctraininginc.com
